1. Use of Website

2. Booking & Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon payment.
• Taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
• Government-issued ID is required at check-in.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent bookings.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Check-In: 1.00 PM
• Check-Out: 12 NOON
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Group Bookings & Corporate Stays

• Bookings of 5 or more rooms qualify as group bookings and must be made directly via email or phone.
• Special terms, including advance payment, custom cancellation policy, and dedicated support, will apply.
• Corporate guests may avail of customized packages, billing arrangements, and GST invoicing by registering with us.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged 1 night's tariff.
• - Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

6. Payment Terms

• We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and select third-party wallets. All payments must be authorized and completed before check-in.

7. Guest Conduct

• Guests must maintain appropriate behavior and not damage property.
• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms.
• Violations may lead to eviction without refund.

9. Liability & Force Majeure
