1. Individual Stays

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Late Cancellation: 1 night's room charge
  • No-Show: Full amount charged.

2. Group Bookings

  • A customized cancellation policy applies, detailed during the reservation process.
  • Late Cancellation: 1 night's room charge
  • Refunds for group bookings will follow agreed-upon terms.

3. Corporate Stays

  • Companies with direct billing or negotiated rates must follow agreed cancellation timelines.
  • Invoicing and payment follow-up will be handled by our corporate accounts team.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • Payment gateway/service charges are non-refundable.

5. Early Departures

  • Guests checking out earlier than scheduled may not be eligible for refunds for unused nights.

6. Force Majeure

  • Refunds or rebooking options will be considered for cancellations due to natural calamities or government restrictions.
